the cradle

whooo I'm on a roll! My poppa made me this cradle when I was born and my mom (in her "spare" time, while taking a break from doing the nursery... actually she did this in just a few hours) made new bedding for it! Isn't it so adorable?! The pillow blows me away. Thank you momma, I love you!

a little tease

I wonder if blogger is punishing me since I haven't posted in like a month... as of right now no blog content shows up when I pull up my blog, hopefully posting will fix this! Yikes. Not a whole lot to share. Next weekend starts my three week baby shower marathon and I am beyond excited. I am huge and loving a lot about being pregnant, not loving some parts... I gotta be honest. My biggest fear/anxiety right now is that this baby will NOT come out a girl! Amy and John further solidified my fear with stories of people they know that that exact thing happened to... ugh. I always have to be worrying about something I guess, who would I be without my irrational fears?! The nursery is coming along, I don't want to share TOO many pictures before it's done... but I will say that it's been a process and I don't know what we would do without my parents and their design/ideas/help/slave labor. At least I feed them. Here's a little taste... ohh I can't wait until it's finished!
